Autointoxication
Autointoxication is most commonly described as a self-poisoning process through the reabsorbing of your own bowel toxins. Diseases are the result of autointoxication, not the causes of it. A disease is, in itself, a crisis of self-poisoning by ones own waste. This occurs when toxin has accumulated in the blood (lymph, cells, etc.) beyond the toleration point. One of the easiest ways to avoid autointoxication is by the regular maintenance of colon health.
Virtually every American has a health challenge. High blood pressure, diabetes and problems arising from obesity have been increasing for many years. How many people have you heard of or known that died from colon cancer? Are you constantly tired and barely manage to get out of bed? Do you suffer from chronic constipation? Do you feel sluggish, depressed, and physically weak, have memory problems and your concentration suffers? Do you feel aches and pains for which there seems to be no cause that can be determined? Some people have a year round cold, or they have a painful swollen throat and ear aches almost all the time. All of these symptoms may be indications of autointoxication.
Most people are exposed to foreign invading organisms and don’t realize it. An unhealthy colon is the ideal environment for these invaders to live and multiply in. The best known of these are worms, but many other types of parasites may live and thrive in a putrefying colon. It is not an easy task to remove these invaders once they have traveled to many parts of your body through the blood stream. The best we can do is to keep our immune systems strong and provide an internal environment that is unfriendly to these harmful invaders. This can be achieved through proper nutrition and proper colon cleansing. Sugar, beef, pork, alcohol make the body acidic, so avoid overindulgence in these.
Autointoxication not only affects our vital bodily functions, but our weight and appearance as well. If you are looking for long term weight loss and want to keep your weight down successfully, you have to modify your diet and you have to be physically active. Removing toxins from your system regularly is important because this aids in the elimination and prevention of ugly cellulite.
Our bowel flora is also important for detoxification and normal health. If our normal flora is out of balance, our digestion suffers. When our normal flora is present, pathogenic forms of flora cannot flourish, but when the pathogenic forms take over, their toxins destroy the normal flora. Medications can destroy all good bacteria in the body, so probiotics taken as supplements are recommended to keep our bowel flora at a healthy
level.
